Potential window garden questions
What modifications have been made to our window farm? 1. Initially we had planned to make our farm fully automatic by using a solar powered vapour lift, but after consideration and review we decided that because of space and material constraints it was unpractical, and the idea was scraped. 2. We were also going to use only a 2 litre bottle as our water storage space but then we decided the more water storage space the better, so we changed it to a 5 litre bottle. 3. Finally our last changed idea was that we wanted filter paper lining the bottom of the bottle (where the lid is now) but then we decided that all that that would do would be to extract the nutritious water (because it has passed through the plant’s soil already and is going top the next one) and leaving the nutrients caught on the filter paper not helping feed the other plants at all.
